
Boggy Creek Sunflowers
Yesterday I actually got to the gym—I’m so proud! Willpower is a funny thing. It abandons me in the face of cake, but it pushes my ass to the gym on the same day. Weird.
Workout (~45 minutes)
- Walk 10 minutes on increasing incline
- Overhead press
- 50 Lunges
- 25 Squats
- 3 30 second planks
- 1 minute mountain climbers
- 1 minute stepping up with weights
- 10 lunges with laterals
- Shoulder press
- Bicep curls
- Tricep rows
- 15 minute run
It felt great, especially the run. Probably all that extra glucose in my system.
Today feels…okay. I kind of feel like the week slipped by me in a haze of tiredness—like, where did my practicing yoga go? Or even updating this blog?
But today feels on the up and up. My friend Christine offered to be a guinea pig to help me hone my yoga teaching skills, so I’m heading to hang out with her…now! I’m late!
