For the past two weeks I’ve been buying 1 pound bags of their figs and eating them in a day. I can’t help it. They’re squishy bursts of bliss in my mouth. Food of the ancient Greeks, parables of Jesus and the esteemed Newton. Who can’t love that fruit?

Life, however, has not been all bliss-figs and orgasma-tomatoes, sad to say. It’s been busy (and that’s not likely to change for awhile!) and the shift of personal blog writing to business blog writing has been interesting, but I’ve come up with some ideas for posts that I’m excited to start.

I hope you’ve noticed our proto-type logo! What do you think? We meet with the designer tomorrow to finalize the image. I think it’s super cute (thank you Carla!). It represents Kristin and I well: two different but complementary opinions on living a balanced, healthy, enjoyable life.

So if you have any suggestions for articles or research I can do drop me a comment.

Have a nice long weekend! I’ll be around and posting weekend eats.
