Easy Veggie #1: Acorn Squash

Acorn Squash

1/2 inch water in the pan

Cut in half, scoop out the innards

Bake at 425 for 30-45 minutes

Topped with brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, orange juice
Other toppings:
Pineapple, ginger, soy sauce
Wild rice, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges
Dried cranberries, gorgonzala, pecans
Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, honey
Butter, brown sugar or honey, cinnamon, allspice, clove, nutmeg (mmm! pie…)
