Last night I had no real plan for dinner, so I rooted around my pantry and fridge and came up with chicken sausage, dried cranberries, acorn squash and rice. Hmmm….

So my camera is still MIA! It’s the pits. However, I made something really tasty tonight so I’m going to share the recipe.
Healthy Tasty Sloppy Joes
1 onion, diced
1/2 lb. bison
1 can red beans
1 box frozen pureed winter squash, heated (I used Cascadian Farms)
